These terms apply to stylezonethane.shop and to every order placed with Style Zone.

1. Who we are

Style Zone is an online retailer selling ethnic and casual apparel for women. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: Shop No 9, Amit Apartment, near Yashodhan Nagar Bus Stop, below Siddesh Nursing Home, Yeshoda Nagar, Thane, Maharashtra 400606, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe fabric, cut, pack contents and the sizes we hold from the information available to us. Block-printed and embroidered pieces vary slightly in shade and motif placement, and screen colour is never exact. Where a page lists sizes, they are the sizes as supplied to us.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Follow the wash care on each product page. Pure cotton shrinks 2–3% on the first wash, which is normal. Embroidered, sequinned and silk-blend pieces are best hand washed cold or dry cleaned; machine washing them loosens the work.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
