Contact us within 10 days of delivery to start a return. The item does not have to reach us inside those 10 days — the contact does.
What we can accept back
- Unworn and unwashed garments with the original tags attached.
- Sets complete — a kurta, pant and dupatta set returns as three pieces.
- No perfume, deodorant or make-up marks, which is what makes a garment unsellable.
What we cannot accept
Worn, washed or altered garments, and nightwear once the pack is opened, for hygiene reasons. Washing changes the fit and finish of cotton, so a washed kurta cannot be resold.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind — return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, wrong or incomplete order confirmed as our error — we arrange the return or reimburse the postage against a receipt.
Damaged, wrong or incomplete order
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes a courier claim much faster. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- UPI orders — to the same UPI ID or bank account.
- Cash on Delivery orders — by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the buyer’s own name. We never ask for a card number, CVV or OTP.
Warranty
We provide no additional warranty through our store. Where a product page states a manufacturer warranty, it applies on its own terms.

Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
